Smiles of Hope was birthed through a vision of wanting to reach out to those that have a need for dental services but couldn't afford the costs. Our clinic began in a mobile facility with very limited resources in 2010. We have been blessed to expand into our own dedicated dentistry suite provided by Lighthouse Church.  Further expansion is on the way as we begin work on a 33 chair dental clinic addition.  And, in August 2024, a secondary location in partnership with Connect Church STL will open in the St. Louis Metro (Fenton, MO) area.  

This ministry is made possible by the contributions of services by our licensed dentists and assistants, nurses, hospitality crew, and the members of Lighthouse Church. All donations of equipment, services and finances are all invested into the growth of this dental clinic ministry. We currently only offer extractions at this time. However, we have the equipment to offer more services to our patients. Our goal is offer more services  as we gain more dentists to join this effort.
